Don’t know why I haven’t put this up yet - avoiding it on facebook so my parents don’t find out that way (if they find my tumblr, this’ll be the least of my worries)
It’s called the Dragon Curve - it’s a fractal, and it’s awesome. Fractal’s are recurring patterns that happen in math, science, nature, etc. They repeat upon themselves and make this beautiful design that you can’t even fathom until you step back and look at it. And I think that’s how I look at life. It’s a series of events, ranging from fantastic to fantastically shitty, but no matter what it looks beautiful every time we take a step back and really think about it.
Also, it’s in the novel version of Jurassic Park. Michael Crichton is the man. Still. I mean, he has two books published posthumously. Boom.
